Pantry Organization

So, I'm sure many of you have seen all of the wonderful drool-worthy pantries around blogland.  This will not be one of those amazing pantry renovations with fancy paint and stenciling.  Why?  Well, because time and money, as usual, are low and there are too many projects that need to be done around here.  I need to spread the money around instead of spending money on my pantry.  So, I bought a few plastic bins, I cleaned out all the crap and I got organized, at least somewhat.  It's not completely finished, but I'll share my progress anyway.

Isn't that lovely?

Unorganized chaos.

Now, wanna see the after?

Please excuse the lone fruit roll up thing on the top of my stack of bins.  Durn kids!

Is it stilll chaotic?  Well, maybe somewhat, but it's definitely better.  Woo Hoo!

I'm linking up to Leslie's Purge Party.  Come on over and join in.

  1. Lookin' good there, Tanya! I organized our pantry a few weeks ago and it made all the difference in the world! Now, I can actually find what it is I'm looking for! Have a good one!

  2. I think you did a great job! I have a very very similar pantry "Before" photo to show...but I never finished the bottom level, so I can't post it yet. ;) No fancy stuff here either...have to spend the money on FOOD, not paint. ;)

  3. Girl! That's great!
I'm super hungry right now and LOVE Peter Pan and chocolate chips, together!
You did a great job! The main thing is finding what you need in a hurry, right?
I like the Sterilite bin with the drawers idea!
I may have to borrow that because we have a lot of wasted space between our bottom shelf and the floor, too.
I get so inspired by you ladies making your homes simpler!
Thank you for coming to my party!
Did you like the appetizers and punch? ;)
Come back any time (well, on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, anyway!)
    Blessings to you, Tanya!

  5. So neat and tidy! I wish mine could look like that - my shelves are deeper than my arm length, so I have things in trays that I can pull out, but I still never have a clue what's there. Love your labelling!

  6. It looks so much better. You must breathe a sigh of relief every time you open that door. I personally prefer a practical panty like you have.
